The Kaizen Promise - Print

We pride ourselves in being able to offer you only the highest quality print you can find and will never give the go ahead or print a project that doesn't meet our high standards. Some people may call this too picky, but you have to be if you're going to be the best! But in saying that, we aren't happy until you are happy. So if the fault lies with us, and you aren't happy with how your project has tunred out, we will do everything we can to get it sorted and ready for you in no time.

- If you’re not completely happy with your print, tell us here
- We’ll need your order number and a description of the issue. Photos sometimes help us get to the bottom of things quicker. It’s our aim to reply to all customer enquiries in 3 hours or less.
- We like solutions not problems. We’re only happy when you're completely satisfied and will present the best options available to rectify things.
- It’s very rare that this may happen, but if we can’t agree a solution, we’ll give you a full refund on your order.

It's almost inevitable that within a fast paced business environment, some mistakes will crop up once in a while, but it's how yo go about handling these that define you. We promise you, that in the one in a million chance something does go wrong, it is our main priority to get it fixed for you.
