Need to change your order? No problem.

We pride ourselves on producing high quality print and would never knowingly print a file that we know won't print to our high standards. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will do everything in our power to fix it in a hurry.

If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace your print order for you, provided that you let us know about the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

However, as orders are made to your specification, it it your responsibility to ensure that all artwork and order details are correct before submitting your order, as we cannot take responsibility for any errors made during this order process. If you notice an issue with your order or artwork, please contact us immediately on 028 9002 2474 so we can resolve the issue before sending to print.

To request a reprint or refund, please follow these instructions:

  1. Send us an email at customer.service@kaizenprint.co.uk with the subject line “Order #YourOrderNumber Reprint Request”.
  2. Please include the following information in the email: Description of the issue - The date you received your order - Photos of the defective print product/s If there are multiple items in an order, please detail which item/s the issue is with
  3. Once we receive a request for replacement, we will review your request to determine if we are at fault for the issue.
  4. If we determine that we are at fault for the issue, will happily replace your order within 7 days.
  5. In the rare event that we cannot resolve the issue for you by replacing the order, we’ll give you a full refund on your order.

Everyone makes the occasional mistake, but how you handle them defines your business. Our promise to you is that in the unlikely event an issue arises, it’s our top priority to sort.

At any stage of your project, if you are not entirely happy with the service provided, please get in touch and we'll be only too happy to discuss the options to rectify this. You can call us between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday on 028 9002 2474.
